Avoid Junk Food and Smoking

The junk food has replaced all the nutritious food such as fruits and vegetables from our meal at the same time smoking has added killing poison for our health. Due to the shortage of these fruits and vegetables, heavy oily foods is leading people close to various serious diseases such as the breast cancer, colorectal, lung and prostate cancer have become normal in today’s lifestyle. Experts are conducting many research and some figures have shown that  6-7 percent of cancer is can be cured and if the patient takes proper diet there are chances of 3-4 percent he will be cured, by making awareness to avoid extra fat and quiting smoking or avoiding using the same cigarettes twice  can save another 3 percent. It is a true assumption that running after modernization and eating more junk foods  and smoking for the symbol of liberalization is causing us lack of fiber, vitamins, minerals and other chemical which can only be provided by fruits and vegetables.

 If a person is taking only 150 grams vegetables daily and if he increases it up by 400 grms he can convert his speed towards lung cancer as low as 50%  and adding all kinds of lettuce, dark green vegetables and fruits can  make him live a preventive life from any sever diseases. It should be made compulsion at home that every adult will consume 3 vegetables and 2 fruits containing dark green or deep yellow.
